molly moon's is excited to collaborate with Off the Rez for this month’s seasonal ice cream flavor: Blackberry Cedar Tea Latte. This smooth, silky ice cream is made by steeping tea from Off the Rez, made with black tea, local blackberry leaves, and dried young cedar tips. Once the earthy, sweet tea cools, it's blended with rich local cream and milk, along with just the right amount of sugar. The result is a truly special ice cream inspired by Off the Rez’s signature blackberry cedar tea latte served in their café. This flavor is gluten-free.

November in Washington state means brisk air, beautiful red and gold leaves, and new crop apples! Dutch Apple Pie ice cream is our ode to Autumn. We simmer local organic apples from Collins Family Orchards to make a yummy spiced apple compote then blend it into local milk and cream. After it’s churned into fresh fluffy ice cream, we fold in our homemade cardamom crisp crumble clusters and an extra swirl of compote to finish this spectacular flavor!
Pairing Suggestion: Pair with Vanilla Bean Caramel for a caramel apple pie treat.
Our Salty Toffee ice cream is a molly moon’s fan favorite! It’s the perfect blend of salty, buttery, sweet, creamy, and crunchy. We make homemade chocolate toffee the old-fashioned way in our scoop shop kitchen, using plenty of butter, sugar, and cream, and then sprinkle it with K’ul dark chocolate. The toffee is broken into bite-sized pieces and folded into our brown sugar toffee ice cream. This flavor is gluten-free.
Pairing Suggestion: Add some gooey texture with hot fudge or an extra snap with hard shell.
One of the most popular flavors at molly moon's is our Salted Caramel, which dares to be saltier than any other salted caramel out there! This is our dairy-free version. Organic cane sugar is caramelized to a rich, dark mahogany color and then deglazed with smooth organic coconut milk. A generous pinch of sea salt brings the perfect balance to the sweetness before it is all churned into a silky smooth ice cream.
Pairing Suggestion: Make an over-the-top vegan treat by topping with vegan chocolate hard shell and candied hazelnuts!
